30-Day No-Question Refund Policy

For all hosting services, we offer a 30-day, no-question refund policy. The 30-day period starts from the date of the first payment made for the refundable item. To request a refund within this period, please contact our support team.

Non-Refundable Services

  • Domain Registrations: All fees for domain registration are non-refundable.
  • Domain Transfers: All fees for domain transfers are non-refundable.
  • Domain Renewals: All fees for domain renewals are non-refundable.

Addendum: Refund Policy for Products Including Free Domain

This addendum applies to products or services that include a free domain registration as part of the purchase.

  • Deduction of Domain Registration Cost: If a refund is requested for a product or service that included a free domain, the cost of the domain registration will be deducted from the refund amount. This deduction is necessary because domain registrations are non-refundable, as stated in our policy.
  • Domain Ownership Transfer: After the refund has been processed and the domain registration cost deducted, the ownership of the domain will remain with the customer. The customer retains full control and responsibility for the domain, including its renewal and management.
  • Refund Period: The standard 30-day, no-question refund policy is applicable. Refund requests must be made within 30 days from the date of the first payment for the product or service.
  • Application of Other Exceptions: All other exception clauses in our standard Refund Policy, including the refusal of refunds in cases of abuse or policy violations, continue to apply.
