Exposure Partner Program Terms

1. Introduction

The Exposure Partner Program ("Program") is an exclusive, invitation-only initiative by Pofii designed to collaborate with influential individuals or entities in the industry. The goal of the Program is to leverage the reach and credibility of these partners to introduce Pofii's premium web hosting services to a broader audience. This document outlines the terms and conditions for participation in the Program. By participating, you ("Partner") agree to abide by these terms.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for the Program, the Partner must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have an active and valid account with Pofii.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Have received a direct invitation from Pofii to participate in the Program.

3. Commission Structure

• Partners will earn a commission of 70% for every client they refer to Pofii for a duration of one year from the client's signup date.
• Commissions will be held for a period of 31 days. After this holding period, payments will be made regularly every month for both the held month and the current month. Subsequent payments will be made regularly each month for up to one year, as long as the referred client remains a customer.
• Detailed commission reports will be provided to Partners through their Pofii account dashboard.

4. Referral Tracking

• Pofii will provide Partners with unique referral links to track and attribute sales.
• Commissions will be awarded for sales made through these links only.
• It's the Partner's responsibility to ensure the correct usage of referral links.
• Pofii encourages Partners to use third-party link trackers in conjunction with Pofii's real-time tracking system for comprehensive data accuracy.
• Pofii guarantees that the affiliate link will track the Partner's progress and earnings in real-time, displayed within the Partner's Pofii account.

5. Payment Terms

• Payments will be made at a frequency chosen by the Partner, ranging from once per week to once per month.
• Partners must provide either a PayPal account or IBAN, along with other necessary details, to receive payments.
• Partners can choose the currency in which they wish to be paid. Currency conversions will be done in real-time with no fees passed on to the Partner.
• Any disputes regarding commission amounts must be communicated to Pofii within 30 days of receiving the payment.

6. Termination

• Pofii reserves the right to terminate a Partner's participation in the Program if they are found to be in violation of any terms.
• Upon termination, any unpaid commissions will be forfeited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pofii will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages or any loss of revenue, profits, or data arising in connection with this agreement or the Program.

8. Changes to the Terms

Pofii guarantees that the terms of this agreement will not be changed without the explicit consent of the Partner.
